Contains a lot of information and has links to additional tools that webmasters can use to improve their site. Page generation is automatic if the site currently isn't listed including searching it for related links. And it's a mediawiki that supports openid! Now if only we could convince wikipedia... :)

Definitely one of the more useful applications of OpenID: If you're a site owner who wants to edit the article about his site (which is welcomed and encouraged), then you can use OpenID to prove who you are (e.g. easily claim your domain through delegation)
