This is a Microsoft-run site that is an alternative for people who were using Google Health. Google Health closed, and records need to be transferred. Microsoft Health can accept them with a standardized procedure. Site seems decent, lots of partners and apps, very strong emphasis on privacy, including well, a good privacy policy on site. One other thing, not bad, but wanted to mention: In the U.S., URL redirects to http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/healthvault/
